Our company designs, develops, samples and produces between 15 and 20 new products every month in the plastic packaging and productive plastic parts area.

With its many years of experience, our technical development team has built up a very large amount of know-how, which we are happy to provide to our customers from all industrial areas.

In recent years, we have perfected the batch part technology in tool manufacturing and develop form pieces with very large undertapers, e.g. plastic container with partial undertapers or decor covers for external car mirrors.

In the semi-finished products area (these are our raw materials in plastics processing), we cooperate closely with our suppliers to assess early and use the latest developments in the plastics market.

They include, for instance, products from PLA films, which are not based on crude oil but on vegetable raw materials and are therefore biodegradable. This film type is also available in a crystal clear performance, which are very suitable for blister packaging, transparent packaging, folding packaging and plastic trays.

Furthermore, we use plastics for LCD and conductor board production which have a rubber coating on both sides and additionally have dissipative properties. This simultaneously ensured abrasion protection and ESD protection. This material can also be used for the production of stoppable protection covers and partial plastic housings.

In the area of folding boxes, cardboard boxes and cuts, we develop various solutions for individual use. For instance, we supply folding cardboard boxes or shipping boxes to precisely defined specifications; as shown here wet-glued in accordance with US norm Tappi 812 for overseas transport (see also BFSV Institute in Hamburg).
